The story begins with a prologue that showcases the 2007 events of "Dhamaal". Then, the film moves forward to the present day, where we see Ajay Devgn's character, Aankhen, a notorious con artist. Aankhen steals a box containing ₹200 crores from a don, and a nationwide hunt ensues.

The movie follows the adventures of a treasure hunt, where a box containing a large sum of money goes missing, and several people embark on a journey to find it.

The story then moves to Malaysia, where we are introduced to Kunal Khemu's character, Raja, Arshad Warsi's character, Ayo, and Tusshar Kapoor's character, Dharam. The trio gets involved in the treasure hunt, along with Boman Irani's character, and Mouni Roy's character.
